Why should I attend The Reign Pageant Show event?
The main goal of this event is to help you start off the 2024 pageant season with the right tools and information! We have invited some of the best pageant professionals, businesses, and organizations for you to learn from! Are you trying to decide on what pageant to compete in, next? You should come!? Do you need to learn/fine tune your walking, posing, interview, social media, makeup, hair, wardrobe skills? You should come! Are you new to this sport? You should come! Have you been competing for years? You should come!
Anyone who has interest in the sport of pageantry! Family, competitors, sponsors, directors, pageant businesses... All are going to be in attendance. The information that will be shared is for audiences/competitors 13 years and up.
What are the ticket options?
We are offering an Early Bird price of $98 per ticket until October 11th! General Admission tickets are $200 each. The VIP Experience is $298 with limited availability.
What is included with the Early Bird and General Admission tickets?
Tickets include your admission, swag bag, notebook, pen, event magazine, lunch, admission to 2 breakout sessions, 1 entry for the door prize, and 4+ hours of pageant coaching/information!
What is included in the VIP ticket?
Everything thats included with the General Admission ticket PLUS a VIP check-in line, a custom VIP tote bag, reserved front row seating for the main stage event, reserved priority seating for each breakout session, VIP After Party with reigning queens and special guests!
Are any discout codes available?
YES! Check out our instagram account @TheReignPageantShow to find our special guests posts! Each speaker has an individual discount code if you follow their account and shoot them a DM!
Do I have to bring my tickets?
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Your name will be added to the official list and your Pageant Show Packet and name badge will be waiting for you at the registration table on the day of the event. Bring your ticket's to speed up the process, however, we do have your name down in the off-chance you misplace it.
Are children allowed?
No. Unless you have a new nursing baby, we are asking that the kiddo's stay home. You wouldn't want your children included in your private coaching session because you wouldn't be able to focus-- The same applies to this workshop.
I am a vendor/exhibitor, do I need a ticket?
Yes! Vendors have a special discount code to get their ticket's at $25 each to cover their lunch and beverage expense. By purchasing a General Admission ticket with the vendor code, vendors will officially be registered and included in the head count for lunch.
I am a STAFF member, do I need a ticket?
Yes! Staff members have a special discount code to get their ticket for free. After "purchasing" a General Admission ticket with the staff code, staff will officially be registered and included in the head count for lunch.
Do you offer a group discount?
Yes! If you have a group of 5 or more, we have a special discount code for you. Please email Mekayla at TheReignPageantShow@gmail.com to coordinate.
What meals are included?
We will have water stations in each room, Grab & Go lunch with water, coffee & tea. The VIP after party will have heavy h'ordures and one drink ticket.
What is the dress code?
We highly suggest you wear "appearance wear" or business casual. If you are a reigning queen, please wear your sash!
Can I upgrade my ticket to the VIP experience?
Please email Mekayla at TheReignPageantShow@gmail.com to coordinate an upgrade if there are VIP tickets still available.
What are your health and safety measures?
We offer hand sanitizer at every drink and food station. We ask anyone who has not been free of a fever for 24 hours not to attend.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the event, no refunds or exchanges will be available as your ticket registration determines the final head-count for meals, equipment, giveaways, etc.
If you have had an unforeseen circumstance which inhibited you from attending the event, please email Mekayla at TheReignPageantShow@gmail.com to coordinate a refund.
