When and where is the event?

November 11th, 2023 hosted on Zoom. Those who have VIP In-person tickets will attend the event at S Esthetics at 5230 Beck Drive, Elkhart, Indiana.

Why should I attend The Reign Pageant Show Webinar?

The main goal of this event is to help you start off the 2024 pageant season with the right tools and information! We lined up some of the best pageant professionals and businesses for you to learn from! Do you need to learn/fine tune your walking, posing, interview, social media, makeup, hair, wardrobe skills? You should attend! Are you new to this sport? You should attend! Have you been competing for years? You should attend! Are you are parent or guardian of a competitor and need to know the important details, too? You should attend!

Who attends?

Anyone who has interest in the sport of pageantry! Family, competitors, sponsors, directors, pageant businesses, etc.. The information that will be shared is for audiences/competitors 13 years and up.

What are the ticket options?

We are offering three ticket options and they will be for sale until November 10th.

• The Webinar Admission ticket is $40 and it gives you access to the guest speaker interviews.

• The Breakout Combo Ticket is $60 and it gives you access to the guest speaker interviews AND 2 choices of breakout sessions.

• The VIP In-person ticket is $80. It gives you all of the above but in person with extra interaction opportunities with special guest panelists, up close view of the breakout sessions, and lunch with the entire crew.

What is included with the Webinar Ticket?

Your exclusive link to the Zoom webinar to listen to the guest speaker interviews which equates to 2 hours of pageant coaching and tips, event e-magazine download containing exclusive coupons and pricing on various services, 1 entry for the door prize. A collective value of over $500!

What is included in the Breakout Combo Ticket?

Everything thats included with the Webinar Ticket PLUS access to 2 Breakout Sessions where you have the opportunity to ask questions, get up-close views of the model & presenter with professional lighting. This ticket is valued over $600.

Are any discout codes available?

YES! Check out our instagram account @TheReignPageantShow to find our special guests posts! Each speaker has an individual discount code if you follow their account and shoot them a DM!

How do I gain access to the Webinar Zoom?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. Don't worry, we will send you a reminder email before the event to ensure you have it handy.

How do I gain access to the Breakout Sessions?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive separate emails with the Zoom links for each breakout session. There will also be instructions for you to ensure you are ready for each breakout session.

Are children allowed?

We highly suggest you find a quiet place with minimal interruptions to attend this virtual event. You wouldn't want your children included in your private coaching session because you wouldn't be able to focus-- The same applies to this webinar.

I am a vendor/sponsor, do I need a ticket?

Yes! Vendors have a special discount code to get their zoom links for free.

Will I be seen or heard in the Webinar?

No. Your camera and microphone will not be activated during the live Webinar.

Will I be seen or heard in the Breakout Sessions?

Possibly! Depending on the Breakout Session, your camera and microphone may have the option to be activated during the live Breakout Sessions. This allows the instructor to interact with you in real time and answer your questions.

Can I upgrade my ticket to the Breakout Combo ticket?

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the event, no refunds or exchanges will be available once the event is over.

If you have had an unforeseen circumstance which inhibited you from attending the event, please email Mekayla at TheReignPageantShow@gmail.com to coordinate a refund or exchange.
