Bring your stage heels and wear your leggings because we have a lot to cover in 3 hours!


12:00 pm: Registration & warm-up

12:30 pm: Technique lesson

1:30 pm: Posing and transitions

2:00 pm: Sarongs (bring one or purchase one from Coach Mekayla for $10)

2:30 pm: Walking patterns
