When and where are the workshops and webinars?

Paid workshops last three days and are hosted live on Zoom. You will find the Zoom link in the online course where you purchased the workshop. Live lessons happen every night of the three day series (times will be verified in your workshop e-booklet). Replays of each lesson will be posted the following morning within the online course and can be accessed for 3 months after your purchase of the workshop.​

In-person workshops are at the set location on the ticket and will have all the details included on the ticket sales page.

FREE webinars are also held on Zoom but will not be able to replayed once the webinar has ended. The Zoom link will be emailed to you once you have registered for the event.

Why should I attend these workshops?

The main goal of this event is to help you start off the 2026 pageant season with the right tools and information! This coaching style can be more affordable and manageable for tighter budges and busy schedules! In each workshop and FREE webinar, we will cover the pageant prep most women forget to include in their own prep plan.

Who attends?

Anyone who has interest in the sport of pageantry! Family, competitors, sponsors, directors... The information that will be shared is recommended for 13 years and up.

What are the pricing options for the workshops?

We are offering Early Bird pricing up to one week before the workshop! General Admission tickets are $75 each. You will need to sign up and purchase a ticket for each workshop. THIS WORKSHOP SERIES IS FREE TO 2026 VIP CLIENTS! Coach Mekayla will provide a special discount code to all her 2026 VIP Clients.

What is included with each purchase?

Your purchase include your admission to the online course for 3 months, workshop e-booklet workbook, 3+ hours of pageant coaching/information, and live Q&A with Coach Mekayla.

How do I gain access to the online course for the workshop?

As soon as you complete your purchase on this page or the Online Course page, you will be able to access the course using your password and user name. Zoom links will be in each "lesson" and recordings will be added to the course the following morning after each lesson. You may need to refresh the page to see the video recordings.

Will I be seen in the Live sessions?

You will not be on video. If you wish to ask a question, you are free to use the "chat" feature in within the Zoom livestream. You are welcome to remain anonymous through the series but you must adjust your user name in your own Zoom account. Questions will be answered at the end of the live. You can always privately direct message Coach Mekayla with further questions

What if I cannot attend the Live session?

Recordings of each webinar will be added to the online course the following morning. Feel free to rewatch videos as many times as you would like within the 3 month period! Unfortunately, you will not be able to participate in the live Q&A as the live session will have ended but you can always email Coach Mekayla with any questions to TheReignPageantShow@gmail.com

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the event, no refunds or exchanges will be available as this is a live series.

If you've experienced an unforeseen circumstance which inhibited you from attending the workshop, please email Mekayla at TheReignPageantShow@gmail.com to coordinate a credit.
